Ending of a work week.

Well this has been a very diffrent week for me. I stayed home working and watching our children this week. I must admit it is the first time I have had all three children for longer than an hour or two. New respect for momma. E-4 (oldest girl) does go to Pre-k-4 at 11-4 so that makes it easier and harder. She is daddys girl and helps me with the other two, but she does get into her own trouble too. She is getting to know the angle of our corner quite well. Its mainly for not doing what she was told. She is getting alot better. B-2 (middle child boy) is H-E- Double Hockey Sticks on Wheels (or two feet whichever you prefer) Well not quite like that. He loves to check everything out and loves to climb. In the last three days he has been after my new harmonica (more to come on that later). Well today I let him win while I was getting beans in the crock pot. (tonight Red Beans, fried taters, and cornbread) He sat and played for about 5 mins laughing and clapping everytime he finished his song. I think he played 3 songs. (about as many as I can at the moment) B-2 is going to be the music child I think. I was in my family. There is hardly an Instrument out there that I haven't been able to pick up and play on. I hope all 3 are like that. E-4 loves to dance and B-2 loves to listen and play music. Before long we will be able to see what J-1/2 ( the baby boy) likes.

But as far as this week goes I'm ready for momma this weekend. She as been here all week after work but at least saterday and sunday she will have more time for them. The all three love there momma very much. Their eyes light up when she walks in the door. Isn't it amazing that there is so much love from 3 little packages that combined is barly 7 years old.

PLANS FOR THE WEEKEND AND POSTING DATES
Well I've decided I will post on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. Sundays will be a time we all post together and let you know what transpired over the weekend.

This weekend I plan on getting my cast iron set back up to par. We have an electric range ( I hate it) but I don't see what it would harm to use cast iron on it. I would love to hear from yall. I think I will also post on homesteadingtoday to find out.

Until next time....

Yes! You can use your cast iron on an electric stove, I did it for several years with no problems.
I sure was glad to go back to a gas stove though.
btw - Thanks for serving our country.
